Parents (above 18) create and manage the account. Children only consume content under your supervision.
By registering and using the Kidofeed web app ("Service"), you confirm you are 18 or older and possess full legal capacity. You, as parent/legal guardian, are responsible for account setup and content approval for minors.
Kidofeed acts like a content 'magnifying glass'. We do not upload or own videos. All content is streamed via YouTube.
Kidofeed does not host, own, or redistribute video files. The app acts as a curation tool using YouTube's official Embed API. All copyrights belong to creators and the original platform.
Free Plan is free forever. Pro/Max Plans auto-renew to ensure uninterrupted learning, but you can cancel anytime.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period. Manage or cancel auto-renewal in Account Settings.
If anyone intentionally hacks the app or abuses the system, we are forced to terminate the account to protect the system.
Kidofeed reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if severe violations of these Terms occur (reverse engineering, commercial resale...).

Account setup and billing must be handled entirely by parents or legal guardians. You hold full responsibility for the YouTube channels you approve.
You agree to use Kidofeed purely for educational and enrichment goals without attempts to damage or bypass network shields.
